This type of two piece forging is designed in such a way that the rays of the wheel lay directly on the rim itself. This version makes the appearance of the wheel visually larger in diameter, and the spokes looks longer. We designed this line of forged wheels for those who prefer the maximum possible concavity of the wheel and the length of the spokes.

FEA Analysis
For each of our projects, we run FEA Analysis to get lightest possible forging profile without sacrificing structural integrity of the wheel. This method allows us to calculate the thickness of the spokes nessesary for safety in conditions of maximum permissible usage of the vehicle.

Concavity Profile
Forgings are individually machined for each application to achieve maximum possible concavity. This includes calculations of max load per wheel as well as clearing brake system of the car.

Pocket Lightening Package
Pocket lightening package includes the procedures of milling off all the unnessasary material from the backpad of the wheel. Our engineers have substantial technical expertise to run all the required computer simulation procedures in order to preserve structural integrity of the wheel.

Custom Caps
Each of our designs could be additionally customized by individual center caps. Such customization may include personal engravings of any type. Moreover we can build multipiece caps of any complex structure and merge it with the chosen design of the wheel.

Personalized Engravings
Addtional personalized engravings are custom logos and writings that could be placed on any part of the wheel. The most suitable places for such engravings are barrel stripe and spokes, although any other place could be used as well.

Titanium Hardware
Commonly we use stainless steel fasteners for our 2 piece piece. You can upgrade it to Grade 5 Titanium Hardware that is almost 50% lighter, reducing the weight of each multipiece wheel for almost 1 lb. Moreover, titanium hardware provides complete elimination of rust and corrosion.
